Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Global Services. Global Services provides appointment booking services for GAMCA medical tests. We are not affiliated with GAMCA or any government authority. We only assist users in booking appointments. Users must provide correct and accurate information. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect details submitted by users. All payments made are service charges for appointment assistance. We do not sell any physical products. No shipping or delivery is involved.

1. Nature of Service

Global Services provides assistance services for booking GAMCA / WAFID medical appointments.

The total payment made by the customer includes:

  • Government fee (WAFID appointment charges)
  • Service fee charged by Global Services

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Once the application is submitted and the booking process has been initiated, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Requests for cancellation must be made before the booking process begins.

3. Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund

  • If payment is made but the service has not been initiated
  • If we are unable to process your application due to technical reasons from our side

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Once the GAMCA / WAFID appointment has been successfully booked
  • If incorrect information is provided by the applicant
  • If the applicant fails to attend the medical appointment
  • If the visa or medical result is rejected (outside our control)
  • Delay caused by external authorities or system allocation

4. Government Fee

The WAFID government fee is non-refundable once the appointment is generated, as it is paid to the official system.

5. Processing Time for Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

6. Mode of Refund

  • UPI / Bank transfer
  • Original payment source (if applicable)

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any payment or service-related disputes, users are requested to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback.
