This policy applies to all services provided by Global Services. We are an independent assistance provider and not affiliated with GAMCA or any government authority.

Official WAFID charges are not refundable after appointment generation.
2Cancellation Policy
- Once the application is submitted and processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
- Requests should be made before the booking process starts.
3Refund Policy
Refund Eligible
- If cancelled before processing starts.
- Reviewed case-by-case.
Not Eligible
- Appointment already booked.
- Incorrect information submitted.
4Government Fee
The WAFID appointment fee is non-refundable once the appointment is generated.
5Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
6Mode of Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during transaction.
7Dispute Resolution
Contact us first. We will do our best to resolve issues fairly and transparently.
