Global Services charges a service fee for assisting candidates with the GAMCA medical appointment process.

The total amount paid by the applicant may include:

  • Government fee (WAFID medical appointment charges)
  • Service fee charged by Global Services

By proceeding with payment, you agree to these charges.

3. Appointment Allocation

The GAMCA / WAFID system automatically assigns the medical center.

Global Services has no control over the allocation of medical centers, appointment dates, or results.

4. User Responsibility

  • Providing accurate and correct information
  • Submitting valid documents
  • Attending the medical appointment on time

Any errors in the details provided may lead to rejection or delay, for which Global Services is not responsible.

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed before processing the application.

Payments are collected through secure payment methods such as UPI or other authorized payment channels.

6. External Factors

  • Medical test results
  • Visa approval or rejection
  • Delays caused by external authorities
  • System errors from GAMCA/WAFID

These matters are controlled by official systems and external authorities, and not by Global Services.

7. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Service fees may be non-refundable once the booking process has been initiated.

8. Website Usage

Users agree not to misuse the website or provide false information.

Any fraudulent activity may result in termination of service.

9. Modifications
